Volunteers
The Commission offers a variety of internships to students who want jobs with real responsibility, outstanding on the job training and the chance to learn from the best. Interns can gain valuable work experience while simultaneously developing and demonstrating their skills.
The internship provides a comprehensive professional and educational experience. As an intern, you will spend a minimum of ten weeks in Islamabad (preferably during the summer). Based on your interest and background, you will have an opportunity to work on various projects with different working groups. Sample projects include:
- Teaching and skills training
- Analyzing policies
- Developing growth strategies and financial models
- Conducting Surveys and Research
- Interviewing stake holders
- Reviewing legal documents (ordinance drafts, MOUs, RFPs, etc)
- Supporting technology development and deployment
Interns will interact and work with managers, team members, and other interns. Interns will have an opportunity to meet a wide variety of people (ministers, government officials, foreign donors, business and social sector leaders, community members, etc), and participate in various activities and events outside of work (from
